Gregory Friesenhahn is a Senior Associate at Antus & Patton LLP of Midland, Texas.


He has experience analyzing and interpreting deeds, contracts, agreements, assignments, and other instruments affecting title to surface, mineral, and leasehold estates that are necessary for the drafting of various types of title opinions.  In addition to analyzing title documents, he regularly drafts a wide array of conveyancing instruments, including deeds, easements, assignments, and surface use agreements.


Greg also works with the firm’s litigation team, providing pre-trial litigation support in the form of legal research and the drafting of motions, briefs, and memoranda. He often handles, and advises clients on, New Mexico Ancillary Probate Proceedings in both Lea and Eddy Counties.  In addition to title and litigation support, Greg has established an estate planning practice, and is able to assist clients in the preparation of wills and trusts, as well as other estate planning documents.


Greg lives in Midland, Texas with his wife, Heather, and their two children.  He and his family are very active in their church, First Methodist Midland, and regularly volunteer with the church’s various community outreach activities and programs.  On Saturday mornings, you can find Greg on the sidelines coaching his son’s soccer team.
