TONI SMITH ACHIEVES BOARD CERTIFICATION
Antus & Patton LLP is pleased to announce that Toni Smith has received Board Certification in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS). Board Certification is a voluntary designation program certifying Texas attorneys in 24 specific areas of law. Board Certified attorneys must be licensed for a tleast five years, devote a required percentage of practice to a specialty area for at least three years, attend continuing education seminars, pass an evaluation by fellow lawyers and judges, and pass a 6-hour written examination.

Toni Smith is Senior Counsel at Antus & Patton LLP and is licensed in Texas, New Mexico, and Washington. Toni’s practice is dedicated to all facets of oil and gas title, operational, and transactional issues. She has rendered hundreds of title opinions and advises clients on field strategies, future operations, and necessary curative measures and actions. In her free time Toni enjoys running, college football, church activities, and spending time with her husband and two children.
