Toni Smith is a Partner at Antus & Patton LLP of Midland, Texas.

Toni is a Board Certified Oil, Gas & Mineral Law Attorney whose practice focuses on providing clients with Surface, Drilling, Division Order and Acquisition Title Opinions.  She counsels clients on issues relating to acquisitions and divestitures, leasing, drilling, production and operation of oil and gas properties, including the drafting and approval of curative documents.  Additionally, Toni advises clients on field strategies, future operations, and necessary curative measures and actions.

In her free time, Toni enjoys running, college football, church activities, and spending time with her husband and two children.
